When you select a node, the ARISE attribute editor displays its attributes.

These attributes give you more control over how the node rig behaves.

Each node type can have different kinds of attributes but for consistency and clarity, many attributes are the same on most nodes. For example, the "Ctrls Scale" attribute lets you scale all of the node's ctrls, and it appears on most nodes.

You can see a helpful tooltip by hovering over an attribute value.

There is also a 'Docs' tab for each node that provides information about the node, its attributes, and its attachments.

When an attachment is added to a node, the attachment's attributes will be added below the node's attributes.

Notes:

  • If you modify a node attribute, the node will appear modified and will require a rebuild for the changes to take effect.
  • There are also some attributes that change the number of guides, requiring you to switch to 'Template' mode in order to position those new guides.
  • In order to scroll to the attributes of a node or an attachment, hold Shift + Ctrl and middle mouse click on the node or attachment shape.
